"Precisava de um pouco mais de atenção ao cliente. Havia máquina de café mas sem cápsulas, pequeno almoço mesmo que fosse básico, teria sido uma mais valia.

"We were made to feel very welcome in this really cosy and excellently equipped house. The way we were welcomed made us feel really at home! As we were leaving we were already thinking about coming back! We loved it!"

"Estar nas aldeias de Xisto já era uma realização de um desejo enorme, aquele lugar resumo em ser mágico. Consegui descansar como não descansava à tempos, e estar na Casa da Urze fez isso ser ainda mais especial, eu e meu marido fomos bem cuidados, a casa é uma delicia de estar, com uma vista linda e um espaço que faz relaxar imenso. "Thanks for the wonderful stay in Pampilhosa da Serra and special thanks to the excellent staff of the Villa Pampilhosa Hotel and the chef and the whole team at the Buke restaurant. We had an excellent, relaxing stay. We loved the room, the cleanliness, the quiet, the wonderful SPA circuit and the robes and towels thoughtfully provided for enjoyment of the Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The hotel staff helped us plan our visit to the aldeias de xisto, river beaches and the Santa Luzia reservoir we managed to see everything in a single day. The meals at the hotel were also wonderful as were the breakfasts. We really want to go back, mainly for the friendly people and the peace and quiet. Congratulations. Thank you. "
