"The owner of the house is extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, whether we’re talking about its decor or its distribution of space; it has excellent facilities. The breakfast is marvellous (croissants and biscuits made by João, homemade jams... We’ll definitely be going again and telling everybody about it! Thank you!"

"As aldeias do xisto são de visita obrigatória, tal como a serra da Lousã. Adorámos os trilhos dos Abutres e a beleza e dureza da enquadramento paisagístico. O hotel PHSL é magnífico e fomos muito bem recebidos por todo o staff. Para o ano voltaremos para a prova, mas é mesmo muito provável que voltemos antes para desfrutar do magnificência do loca. "Excellent stay at the hotel, right next to the Biological Park, which is spectacular. Everything went really well, it was an excellent choice for relaxation and rest after the tracks of the mountain range. The SPA is marvellous."

"I liked the hotel and its surroundings, a good place for families; I didn’t like the breakfast, as it wasn’t very varied and they didn't replenish things that had run out; the water in the indoor pool was cold; I booked the hotel by purchasing a bookinxisto experience with tickets to the Biological Park and Ecumenical Temple for 2 adults; I got tickets on check in at the hotel but I had problems at the Temple entrance because they said I had to pay for an adult ticket when the experience included a night at the hotel and a ticket for the Biological Park + Temple for 2 adults; I think all services should be informed that there might be customers with this type of voucher, which was not the case...."
