"I liked the hotel and its surroundings, a good place for families; I didn’t like the breakfast, as it wasn’t very varied and they didn't replenish things that had run out; the water in the indoor pool was cold; I booked the hotel by purchasing a bookinxisto experience with tickets to the Biological Park and Ecumenical Temple for 2 adults; I got tickets on check in at the hotel but I had problems at the Temple entrance because they said I had to pay for an adult ticket when the experience included a night at the hotel and a ticket for the Biological Park + Temple for 2 adults; I think all services should be informed that there might be customers with this type of voucher, which was not the case...."

"Very peaceful. Very quiet, natural beauty. The house was very clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the way we were welcomed and with all the friendly people! We advise anyone, if you are always in the house, take washing up liquid, toilet paper and soap, because although there was some, there wasn't enough. We will go back there soon."

"Excellent stay at the hotel, right next to the Biological Park, which is spectacular. Everything went really well, it was an excellent choice for relaxation and rest after the tracks of the mountain range. The SPA is marvellous."
